Proposition 8 Update

Here is the latest from the Protectmarriage.com website. I will get more information out as it is revealed. "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places." (Ephesians 6:12, NKJV).

Governor Schwarzenegger and Prop 8

Know Your Elected Officials

Exodus 18:21 says "Moreover you shall select from all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens. " If that is what Jethro instructed Moses to lead God's people then, how much more do we need it now?
That is why it is important for us as believers to know who we are looking to elect and what they stand for. So I am including a few links below for you to review before you go to the polls on Tuesday:

Bills that have been up for vote in California's Assembly and Senate for 2008. It is an eye-opener. Especially take a look at your tax dollars on SB1301 and AB 2654, especially take a look at the "talking points".
